山东汶上大相国寺佛牙揭秘

汶上宝相寺出土的储藏佛牙舍利的石匣上有铭文记：

另外，又有同时代人王巩的《闻见近录》印证：
咸平县僧藏佛牙一株，其大两指许，淡金色，予尝请而供之，光彩炳然。后神宗迎之禁中，遂御封匣而归之，今人罕得见者。
《释氏稽古略》记载，安石少时，喜共僧论。中年丧子，顿悟无常。罢相后，奏施金陵旧第为佛寺，神宗赐“保宁寺”，即后世所谓“半山寺”。王安石一生起居清简，一如比丘，自称半山居士，佛学著作有《楞严经解》等。安石尚佛，乃虔诚佛子，则佛牙曾为王安石宝掌无疑。今观佛牙墨记“东府”二字亦当荆公手迹。
王安石笃信佛教，对佛教圣物自是顶礼膜拜，视为至宝。为什么佛牙“由东府流入士大夫之家”呢？为什么会进入嘉王宫？
