关于定期清理不作为斑竹的通知

         说实话,在我们汶上中都社区,斑竹缺少的是权利,得到的回报也不多,更多的是义务.是很辛苦的一个差事.但是,既然选择了做斑竹,意味着就要付出.
      然而,长期以来,有很多版友申请了斑竹,却不做为.对管理资源有很大浪费.所以从今天起,社区决定清理半年以上没有发贴,没有管理行为的斑竹.
1 L$ v* B" S2 w- Y  b     为了督促大家积极参与社区的建设,决定每3个月清理一次不合格斑竹,请在任的斑竹积极行动起来,参与论坛的发展,多发贴,多引导朋友到社区来.

" a, Q, y0 `/ K# a+ T1 H% k2 E1 ~4 e    下次清理时间为2009年5月26-5月31日,特此通知.下次考核不合格的,降级为实习斑竹.

申请通过以后,成为实习斑竹,实习斑竹有3个月的考核期,在这3个月内,发贴量和管理量达到要求的,晋升为正式斑竹.考核不通过的,恢复原会员身份.
